Letters from the Cauldron — Monthly Mail Club
A monthly subscription mail club gifting you with a themed collection containing a letter, recipe card collectors edition, affirmation card or bookmark collectors edition, colouring-in page, find-a-word, and a treasure left by the garden.
Contents vary between editions as the seasons change. Each colouring-in image is a photo of the garden each month, you'll witness it's seasons, blooms and harvests.
Join before the 6th of each month to receive that month’s edition. Orders placed after the cutoff will begin with the following month’s edition. Editions are dispatched on or around the 10th.

Frequently asked questions
HOW DO I JOIN THE MAIL CLUB?
Simply select Letters from the Cauldron, choose the subscription option and complete your details at checkout.
Order by the 6th of each month to receive that month’s edition. Orders placed from the 7th will begin with the following month’s edition.
Your first payment will be processed when you subscribe, and you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the details of your subscription and a link for managing it.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Your first subscription payment is processed immediately when you join. After that, your subscription will automatically renew on the same date each month.
For example, if you subscribe on 6th September, your first payment will be processed that day. Your next payment will be processed on 6th October and then on the 6th of each month until you choose to pause or cancel.
WHEN WILL MY MAIL CLUB BE POSTED?
Letters from the Cauldron is lovingly prepared and posted in one batch on or around the 10th of each month.
To be included in the current month’s posting, please place your order by the 6th of the month to receive that month’s edition.
For example, if you subscribe between 7th August and 5th September, your September edition will be posted on or around 10 September.
While I always aim to post everything on the 10th, weekends, public holidays or unexpected delays may occasionally move the posting date slightly. If this happens, I’ll share an update through The Blissful Cauldron socials.
I JOINED AFTER THE MONTHLY CUT OFF, CAN I STILL RECEIVE THAT MONTHS EDITION?
Order by the 6th of each month to receive that month’s edition. Orders placed from the 7th will begin with the following month’s edition.
If you would also like previous edition, any remaining copies will be made available as a separate one-time purchase in the Collection History Page.
Past editions are subject to availability and are not automatically included with a new subscription. You do not need to email to request one if it is available, you will be able to purchase it directly through the store.
IS TRACKING INCLUDED?
To keep the Mail Club accessible and postage costs manageable, each edition is sent as a standard untracked letter.
This means you won’t receive a tracking number and, once your letter has been lodged with Australia Post, I cannot see its location or delivery progress.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE WITHIN AUSTRALIA?
Australian letters usually arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after posting, depending on your location.
Please allow up to two weeks from the posting date before contacting me, as regional areas, public holidays and postal delays can occasionally extend the delivery time.
HOW LONG WILL INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TAKE?
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, local postal services and customs processing.
International letters generally take at least 15 business days to arrive, but please allow approximately 3–6 weeks. Some remote destinations or areas experiencing postal or customs delays may take up to eight weeks.
These timeframes begin from the date your edition is posted, not from the date you subscribed.
MY MAIL CLUB HASN’T ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First, please check the posting schedule and make sure the expected delivery window has passed.
If enough time has passed, please:
• Confirm that the shipping address attached to your subscription is correct.
• Check with members of your household, neighbours or anyone who may collect your mail.
• Look around any shared letterboxes, parcel lockers or other places your post may have been left.
Because the Mail Club is sent as an untracked letter, it can occasionally be placed somewhere unexpected or brought inside by someone else.
If you’ve completed these checks and your letter is still nowhere to be found, email me at theblissfulcauldron@gmail.com with your name, order number and current postal address. Please also let me know that you have completed the checks above, and I’ll help you work out the next step.
HOW DO I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can pause or cancel your Mail Club subscription through the subscription-management link included in your confirmation email.
Pausing means you won’t be charged for upcoming editions while your subscription is paused. You can return and restart your letters whenever you feel ready.
Cancelling stops all future renewals and editions. Any edition that has already been paid for will still be lovingly prepared and sent to you.
Please pause or cancel before your next scheduled renewal date if you don’t wish to be charged for the next edition as no refunds are issued
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Sign into your customer account, select Subscriptions, open your active subscription and use the pencil icon beside Shipping address to make your changes.
Please update your address before your next monthly order is processed. If you have any trouble, please contact theblissfulcauldron@gmail.com for assistance.
WHAT IF MY LETTER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR SOMETHING IS MISSING?
Although every edition is carefully prepared and packaged, occasionally something may be damaged during its journey or an item may be missing.
Please email theblissfulcauldron@gmail.com with your name, order number and a photograph of the damaged letter or item. I’ll take a look and help make things right.

Every edition of Letters from the Cauldron is created, carefully packed and posted by me from New South Wales, Australia.
The Mail Club is available worldwide to destinations currently serviced by Australia Post.
