We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Response times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, monthly Mail Club preparation periods and other particularly busy times.

Email is the preferred contact method for all order and subscription enquiries. Messages sent through social media may not be seen as quickly.

Please do not post returns to The Blissful Cauldron without first making contact and receiving approval. If a return is required, the appropriate return instructions and postal address will be provided directly.
