Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 September 2026

1. Overview

This website and online store are operated by The Blissful Cauldron, trading as The Blissful Cauldron.

Throughout these Terms of Service, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to The Blissful Cauldron.

The Blissful Cauldron offers this website, including its information, products, subscriptions and services, subject to these Terms of Service and our other published store policies.

By visiting our website, placing an order or subscribing to Letters from the Cauldron, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or purchase our products or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing from The Blissful Cauldron, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old;

  • Have permission from a parent or legal guardian if you are under 18;

  • Are legally able to enter into the purchase; and

  • Have provided accurate payment, contact and delivery information.

You must not use our website, products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

3. Products and Services

The Blissful Cauldron offers monthly Letters from the Cauldron subscriptions, Past Mail Club editions and other products that may be made available through the store.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, paper stock, printing processes and natural or handmade variations.

Minor variations that do not materially affect a product’s quality or intended use may occur. This does not affect a customer’s rights where a product does not match its description or comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

Monthly Mail Club contents, themes and designs may vary between editions. The contents advertised for a particular edition will apply to that edition, subject to reasonable substitutions where necessary. Any substitution will be of a reasonably comparable nature or value and will not affect rights provided by law.

4. Product Availability

Products and Past Mail Club editions may be produced in limited quantities and are available only while stock lasts.

Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

We may limit product quantities where reasonably necessary to manage available stock, prevent misuse or correct an inventory error.

If we cannot supply a paid product, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit accepted by the customer or a refund.

5. Orders

Customers are responsible for checking their order, email address and delivery address before completing checkout.

After an order has been placed, changes cannot be guaranteed because preparation may begin promptly.

We may cancel or decline an order before dispatch if:

  • The product is unavailable;

  • An incorrect price or product description was displayed;

  • Payment cannot be verified;

  • The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised;

  • The delivery destination is unavailable; or

  • Fulfilling the order would breach a law or postal restriction.

If we cancel a paid order before supplying it, the customer will receive a refund to the original payment method unless another remedy is agreed.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be included or applied where required.

Customers agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is prepared or dispatched. A failed subscription payment may result in the applicable edition being withheld and the subscription being paused or cancelled.

We may change future product or subscription prices. Existing subscribers will receive reasonable notice of a subscription price change before it applies to a future renewal and may cancel before that renewal.

7. Letters from the Cauldron Subscriptions

The first subscription payment is charged immediately when a customer subscribes.

The subscription then renews automatically on the same calendar date each month until it is paused or cancelled.

Each successful subscription payment purchases one monthly edition.

Customers who subscribe by the 6th day of the month will receive that month’s edition. Customers who subscribe after the cut-off will begin with the following month’s edition.

For example:

  • A subscription placed on 5th October begins with Octobers edition.

  • A subscription placed on 12 October begins with the Novembers edition.

The previous edition is not automatically included when a customer joins after the cut-off.

Where stock remains, previous editions may later be offered as separate one-time purchases through the Mail History section of the store.

8. Pausing or Cancelling a Subscription

Customers may pause or cancel their subscription through the subscription-management link provided in their confirmation email.

A subscription must be paused or cancelled before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the following payment from being processed.

Cancelling stops future subscription renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an edition that has already been charged, allocated, prepared or processed.

Where payment has already been processed, the applicable final edition will ordinarily still be sent. Partial or prorated refunds are not provided for a current subscription period due to change of mind.

This section does not limit any cancellation or refund right available under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Letters from the Cauldron editions are generally posted in one monthly batch on or around the tenth day of each month.

Mail Club editions are sent using standard stamped-letter postage without tracking.

Australian delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. Customers should allow up to two weeks before reporting an Australian edition as missing.

International delivery is generally estimated at 7–21 business days after dispatch. Customers should allow at least 30 days before reporting an international edition as missing. Delivery to some remote locations may take up to eight weeks.

Delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Postal delays, public holidays, severe weather, customs processing and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

International shipping is currently available for Letters from the Cauldron only. Unless otherwise stated, other store products are available for Australian delivery only.

Further information is provided in our Shipping Policy.

10. Addresses and Returned Mail

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address.

Subscription address changes must be completed before the next subscription order is processed. Once an envelope has been posted, it cannot be redirected or retrieved.

If mail is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery or failed to collect it, the customer may be required to pay additional postage before it is sent again.

Additional information is provided in our Shipping Policy and Refund, Returns, Damaged and Missing Mail Policy.

11. Returns, Refunds and Store Credits

The Blissful Cauldron does not provide returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

This includes situations where a customer:

  • No longer wants the product;

  • Selects the incorrect product;

  • Finds a similar product elsewhere;

  • Forgets to cancel before a subscription renewal; or

  • Supplies an incorrect delivery address.

Where an order is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

A store credit may be offered and accepted by agreement. Store credit will not replace a refund or replacement where the customer is legally entitled to choose another remedy.

Complete information is provided in our Refund, Returns, Damaged and Missing Mail Policy.

12. International Orders

International customers are responsible for checking their country’s import rules before ordering.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees or handling charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We may cancel an order if we become aware that its contents cannot legally or safely be posted to the selected destination.

13. Creative and Wellbeing Content

Our products may include seasonal reflections, rituals, meditations, affirmations, recipes, gardening inspiration and other creative or wellbeing-related material.

This content is provided for creative, reflective and general informational purposes. It is not medical, psychological, nutritional, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Customers are responsible for considering their health, allergies, dietary requirements, personal circumstances and physical abilities before following an activity, recipe, meditation, ritual or suggestion.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original writing, artwork, photography, designs, branding, downloads and other creative material appearing on this website or within our products are owned by or licensed to The Blissful Cauldron.

Purchasing a product gives the customer permission to use that product personally. It does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.

Our content must not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, resold, altered or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to sell our products and services.

Our website or products may contain links or QR codes directing customers to third-party services, websites, playlists or platforms.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions or content controlled by those third parties, except to the extent that responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

16. Prohibited Conduct

Customers must not:

  • Use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;

  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security;

  • Introduce malicious code, viruses or harmful material;

  • Misrepresent their identity or payment authority;

  • Copy or commercially exploit protected content without permission;

  • Harass, threaten or abuse another person through our website or communication channels; or

  • Use our products or content in a manner that infringes another person’s rights.

We may restrict access or cancel an order where reasonably necessary in response to prohibited conduct, suspected fraud or a legal requirement.

17. Website Availability and Errors

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, platform issues, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing mistakes or omissions. If a correction materially affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate option.

18. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Blissful Cauldron is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from a customer’s misuse of a product or failure to follow supplied instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability, consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.

19. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and that they have authority to provide it.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes to our business, website, products, subscription arrangements or legal obligations.

The latest version will be published on this website with its revision date.

Changes will apply from publication and will not remove rights already accrued. Where a change materially affects an existing subscription, reasonable notice will be provided where required.

21. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that part will be read down or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the applicable laws of Australia.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from relying on any rights available under applicable consumer law.
